Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Enablement Content Creator will produce high-quality internal and external training materials, ensuring brand alignment and effective content delivery for both employees and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain internal DEO training materials, onboarding modules, and customer-facing training content
• Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and timely delivery
• Manage the DEO content library, ensuring it is organized, versioned, and accessible to relevant teams

Required qualifications

• Strong video production and editing skills, with experience in tools like Camtasia or Adobe Premiere
• Proven project management abilities to handle multiple content tracks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional written communication skills for creating clear and concise content across various formats
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to develop polished deliverables
• Secret Security Clearance
