To support a growing telehealth brand, the full-time remote Content Creator for Growth will create engaging content for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, collaborating closely with the Social Media Manager to drive audience growth and brand trust.

Key responsibilities

• Appear on camera regularly to produce compelling short-form content across various formats
• Collaborate on scripts and concepts with the Social Media Manager, rapidly developing and testing content formats
• Track content performance weekly and connect decisions to growth metrics while staying updated on platform trends

Required qualifications

• Proven track record of growing a brand or personal account with measurable results
• Strong background in user-generated content (UGC) and paid advertising
• Engaging on-camera presence, demonstrating compelling delivery
• Ability to execute quickly from concept to posting
• Reliable home production setup, including a good camera and lighting
