Job Summary

To support brand growth in the telehealth sector, the full-time Content Creator for Growth will produce engaging short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram, collaborating closely with the Social Media Manager while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Appear on camera for Reels, TikToks, and storytelling formats to engage the audience
• Collaborate on scripts and concepts, rapidly developing and testing content formats
• Track content performance and connect decisions to growth metrics, staying ahead of platform trends

Required qualifications

• Proven track record of growing a brand or personal account with measurable results
• Strong background in user-generated content (UGC) and paid advertising
• Compelling on-camera presence, with a fast execution ability from concept to posting
• Reliable home production setup including a phone camera and decent lighting
• Willingness to adhere to FDA marketing compliance constraints for healthcare content
