Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Content Creator & Social Media Manager for TikTok and Instagram, the role involves creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and developing growth strategies while allowing for remote flexibility in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post 3 short-form videos and 2 static posts weekly, focusing on original concepts and educator/family stories
• Manage daily stories and provide light support on email and SMS content when relevant
• Collaborate with the founder on monthly content strategies that align with brand goals

Required qualifications

• Proven content creation experience, particularly for TikTok and Instagram
• Experience in social media strategy, content scheduling, and engagement analytics
• Familiarity with video editing and creative storytelling
• Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific best practices
• Experience in child-focused services or education is an added advantage
