Content & Curriculum Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a mission-driven, full-time Content & Curriculum Associate, this role will create and improve career development content, manage feedback loops, and translate coaching best practices into quality control systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and continuously update career development content to meet learner needs and organizational strategy
• Manage the content feedback loop by collecting and incorporating feedback from stakeholders and handling ad-hoc requests
• Support the development of evaluative criteria to ensure high-quality, personalized coaching in an AI context

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a career advisor, coach, or in a related field
• Instructional design experience or relevant Career Coaching Certification
• Experience in translating coaching expertise into structured learning content
• Familiarity with established career development theories and pedagogical frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple curriculum projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and learner outcomes
