Content Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Design Lead contractor for a 6-month period to support their Growth team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy and produce UX copy for priority Growth team projects
• Collaborate with Staff Product Designers, PMs, and Engineers to take ownership of content direction
• Review and document issues in shipped work and contribute to experimentation for improved results

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of content design experience, with 2+ years in a lead role focused on growth or conversion
• Strong understanding of product-led growth mechanics and the impact of content on user behavior
• Portfolio showcasing strong content design and strategic thinking
• Experience in designing A/B tests and iterating based on results
• Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Linear, Devin, and Claude is a plus
