Content Design Manager
Job Summary
Leading the instructional design and development of digital learning experiences, the full-time remote Content Design & Delivery Manager will ensure courses are instructionally sound, engaging for adult learners, and aligned with educational standards while incorporating effective AI practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads course development and revision efforts across programs
- Establishes and follows course design, release, and quality control processes
- Evaluates and monitors new content approaches, including AI applications, to improve course quality and development efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or LMS platforms such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle
- Experience designing courses for adult learners
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to support content development and improve workflow efficiency
- Experience or expertise in the use of AI in K-12 classrooms or teacher preparation programs
