Job Summary
To support a Government customer, the full-time Content Designer will analyze customer experiences, develop content strategies for digital properties, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely for a defined period of 6-7 months with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer experiences to develop content strategies for digital properties
- Define and implement content management processes, including routine content inventories and audits
- Collaborate with UX researchers and designers on content design and information architecture
Required qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field; a degree with a digital focus is preferred
- 3+ years of experience developing and implementing content strategies for large websites and digital products
- Strong understanding of human-centered design strategies and how content strategy enhances UX
- Experience working with Agile development teams and within cross-functional digital teams for at least 4 years
