Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX writing and create content wireframes, information hierarchies, and prototypes for products
• Develop and manage product-level content strategy based on customer research insights
• Collaborate on team projects to enhance design systems, style guides, and AI writing tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Data Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in content design, content strategy, or related fields, preferably in B2B
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, and Invision
• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• Participation in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
