Content Designer

Job Summary

To enhance the mobile experience for members focused on metabolic health, the part-time contract Content Designer will write and refine UX copy, develop LLM prompts for personalized content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build engaging mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Write and refine UX copy for a mobile product aimed at daily member engagement
• Develop, test, and iterate on LLM prompts to drive personalized content
• Collaborate with product designers and clinical partners to create intuitive mobile experiences

Required qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of professional experience in product content design
• Portfolio showcasing systems thinking and exceptional UX writing
• Demonstrated experience using LLMs in content design
• Experience with design tools such as Figma and LLM tools like Claude Cowork
