Content Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Content Designer, this role focuses on designing and developing immersive simulations that enable learners to practice essential skills, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure authenticity and impact in simulation materials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop realistic simulation concepts, storylines, characters, and scenario structures that reflect real-world workplace contexts
• Research and synthesize information about the target audience, industry, and performance challenges to ensure simulations are authentic and valuable
• Author simulation materials and draft scoring criteria that support participant evaluation and feedback

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, or researching complex human-centered content or scenarios
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex contexts into clear simulation materials
• Exceptional attention to detail in reviewing requirements and content for accuracy and quality
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment
• Technical curiosity and hands-on experience using AI tools for research and creative development
