Content Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Content Designer will author product content, participate in design reviews, and apply content standards to enhance user experiences for complex data and AI-powered products.

Key responsibilities

• Author UI copy, error messages, onboarding flows, and in-product guidance for data and AI-powered experiences
• Participate in design reviews and problem-framing sessions to shape user experiences alongside Product Managers and Designers
• Apply and contribute to content standards, ensuring consistency and clarity in product language

Required qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in content design, UX writing, or product writing for software or SaaS products
• Outstanding English proficiency with a focus on American English for a global audience
• A portfolio demonstrating thought process and examples from complex or technical products
• Working knowledge of Figma and experience with design handoff and collaborative review workflows
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
