Content Designer

Job Summary

Delivering engaging, user-centered content for innovative financial services products, the remote contract Multimedia Content Designer will craft clear content across digital platforms, develop content strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, write, edit, test, and refine content to improve product usability and user engagement
• Develop and manage content strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging across all digital touch points
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align content with brand tone, voice, and user needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in UX Content Design, UX Writing, or Content Strategy
• Proven project management skills, including leading teams and managing timelines
• Knowledge of web and mobile development standards, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies
• Experience with user-centered design practices and content tools
