Content Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Content Designer will shape product experiences by creating meaningful content, managing user experience writing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on moderately complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, edit, test, and improve content for various product flows and educational materials
• Develop and manage an effective content strategy throughout the product development process
• Utilize storytelling skills to enhance user experience and advocate for content best practices within the UX Design team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX Content Design, UX writing, or Content Strategy
• Advanced project management skills, including leading teams and managing timelines
• Experience with user-centered design processes and best practices
• Working knowledge of modern development standards such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
