Content Designer

Job Summary

To enhance the digital employee experience, the full-time temporary Content Designer will create user interface text and in-tool messaging while collaborating with designers and engineers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Create clear and concise user interface text and in-tool messaging to improve the employee experience
• Produce and edit content that aligns with audience needs and adheres to company standards for style, tone, and voice
• Analyze user research insights and usage data to inform content decisions and contribute to design critiques

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in UX writing or content design, focusing on user interface copy and microcopy
• Proficiency in Figma and standard office applications
• Experience in producing internal and/or public-facing content
• Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder communication
