Content Designer

Job Summary

To support the Copilot Growth team, the temporary remote Content Designer will create, manage, and publish customer-facing email communications that enhance user engagement and align with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage ongoing Copilot email content for new features and updates
• Provide end-to-end publishing support, ensuring email content is accurately formatted and aligned with messaging strategy
• Generate and validate HTML files for email communications, exploring tools for localization and content management

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience delivering customer-facing email content communications
• Experience writing both long and short form content
• Proficiency with Microsoft Styleguide and tools such as Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and M365
• Strong skills in content management systems and familiarity with HTML/Markdown
• Portfolio of writing samples demonstrating relevant experience
