Content Designer for AI Systems

Job Summary

To support a pet insurance company in NYC, the part-time hybrid Content Designer for AI Systems will assess and restructure existing content ecosystems, design scalable content models, and partner with cross-functional teams to create a robust content infrastructure for AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Assess existing content ecosystems and develop strategies for restructuring content into scalable, reusable systems
• Design content models, taxonomies, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and quality
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate structured content into broader product systems

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy
• Deep expertise in content systems and CMS architecture
• Strong UX writing skills with an understanding of structured content and governance
• Hands-on experience with AI and generative AI technologies
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical content strategies
