Content Developer

Job Summary

To support the creation of scalable, self-paced learning solutions, the remote Content Developer will develop high-quality eLearning and video content while collaborating with internal stakeholders and adhering to established frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, self-paced eLearning and video content using established templates and standards
• Produce instructional videos and multimedia learning assets with tools such as Camtasia and Adobe Creative Suite
• Translate technical information into clear, engaging learning content while maintaining course materials and learning modules

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience developing scalable, self-paced learning content in an enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with instructional development tools, including Camtasia, PowerPoint, and eLearning authoring platforms like Articulate or Captivate
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Proven experience developing video-based and interactive eLearning content
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus
