Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Developer in Remote, USA!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting Self, Guided, and Assisted Service at Client by understanding customer needs and improving their experiences
• Setting up processes for monitoring and reporting on content performance, developing content strategies, and collaborating with various teams
• Working on content needs assessments, audits, and planning processes for a portfolio of work across the content organization

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in content strategy, content design, or knowledge management
• Expertise in content management, modern content strategy, and content design methodologies
• Experience with Oracle KM, JIRA, and other service tools, as well as content management systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields such as English, journalism, or communications
• Functional knowledge of content management systems tools and technology
