Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Developer to create and manage training content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design courses using adult learning principles and integrate interactive concepts in various formats
• Ensure instructional integrity through systematic design and clear writing of training materials
• Create and update multi-media training materials and assist with assessments that correlate with learner outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Curriculum planning skills
• Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Experience with Microsoft Office platform
• Download speed of 30MB or higher & upload speed of 10MB or higher
• Access to a secure and private workspace
