Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Content Developer will leverage in-house and commercial tools to create high-quality digital content for customer service operations while working remotely after initial training in Blacksburg, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Develop device and mobile application content using various tools to support customer service operations
• Collaborate in an Agile team environment to meet strict deadlines and contribute to technical standards
• Self-manage tasks and ensure timely completion while maintaining organization and consistency in code development

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated web development experience
• Experience with at least one coding language, Photoshop, and a version control system such as GIT or SVN
• Degree in a technical field or actively pursuing a degree is preferred
• Ability to focus in an open office environment
• Desire to improve personal and team performance
