Content Developer - Interactive Simulations

Job Summary

Bringing instructional visions to life, the full-time remote Content Developer - Interactive Simulations will assemble and polish high-fidelity interactive assets, including e-learning modules and software simulations, to support the Technical Learning Design & Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and build interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools like Articulate 360 and manage AI-driven roleplay environments using Yoodli
• Execute core instructional assets and develop technical learning paths within the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Test all learning assets for functionality, user experience, and SCORM compliance before publishing

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in e-learning development or instructional media
• Proficiency in rapid authoring tools, specifically the Articulate 360 suite
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters and virtualized environments
• Practical experience managing hybrid-cloud identity and security protocols
