Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Development Manager to create and manage sales enablement content and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a diverse range of sales enablement content in partnership with Product Marketing
• Manage a centralized sales content library, ensuring materials are up to date and accessible
• Design curriculum and learning pathways to support sales performance and transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience in content creation and curation for sales enablement
• Proficiency in learning experience design and e-learning tools, particularly Articulate 360
• Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and content management systems, with preference for Highspot experience
• Ability to analyze content performance metrics for continuous improvement
• Strong organizational skills to manage content libraries and learning initiatives
