Content Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Content Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the workflow for creating internal and external learning assets, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) strategy and ensure effective deployment and tracking of learning content
• Lead and mentor a team, while continuously improving content development and LMS deployment processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in content development and instructional design
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of content creators or instructional designers
• Proven expertise in instructional design models and adult learning theory
• Demonstrated proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and video production workflows
