Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to streamline workflows for book and ancillary product production
• Manage the preparation, editing, and transmission of manuscripts to production while communicating with authors
• Implement new tools and processes for content development and training staff on publishing standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and related work experience
• 5+ years of book publishing experience, preferably in K-12 education
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and Google Docs
• Experience in supervising authors, freelancers, and third-party vendors
• Understanding of K-12 professional development market and ability to learn new technologies
