Content Development Manager

Job Summary

To support a leading HR and benefits software company, the part-time freelance Content Development Manager will create and execute compelling content across various platforms, focusing on brand visibility and demand generation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute content for web, thought leadership, and demand generation programs
• Develop and optimize website and landing page content with a focus on SEO/AEO
• Write blogs, social content, eBooks, infographics, and other campaign assets aligned with messaging strategy

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of content marketing, content strategy, or B2B marketing experience
• Senior Manager-level experience with strong hands-on execution skills
• Background in HR, benefits, payroll, or related software industries
• Experience writing for key buyer and practitioner personas
• Strong understanding of SEO/AEO and landing page optimization
