Content Development Specialist

Job Summary

Partnering with various teams, the contract Content Development Professional will create user-centered digital content, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals, while working remotely during EST or CST hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, create, and manage digital content, including navigation and error messaging
• Develop content strategies and ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives
• Conduct content audits and continuously refine content based on analytics and user feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in content design, content strategy, or UX writing
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and compliance partners
• Proven ability to create accessible, scalable, and user-centered content
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required with the application
