Job Summary

Leading the content team, the full-time Director of Content will build and develop content managers and writers while ensuring the production of accurate, compliant, and high-performing legal content at scale in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the performance, growth, and output of the content team, ensuring adherence to editorial quality standards
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen skills and create a sustainable culture of high-quality content production
• Manage the editorial quality system, including standards, workflows, and accountability to maintain consistency and accuracy across all content

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and developing a content or editorial team
• Strong editorial command with the ability to enforce quality standards across tone, accuracy, and brand fidelity
• Working knowledge of SEO and legal marketing regulations to ensure compliance and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency with AI tools to enhance content quality and operational efficiency
