Job Summary

Owning the content strategy, the full-time remote Content Director will define and execute editorial direction across various marketing channels, manage a team of writers, and drive performance through data-informed content initiatives in the legal AI sector.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Filevine's content strategy, aligning outputs to business goals and key moments in the legal AI conversation
• Directly manage staff copywriters, providing editorial direction and fostering a culture of excellence and creativity
• Track content performance and optimize for visibility, using data to inform editorial decisions and enhance brand awareness

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles within B2B tech
• Proven background in managing content strategy and editorial calendars in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and experience with AI-driven content tools
• Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor writers with a constructive editorial approach
• Strong portfolio of B2B content, including writing samples
