Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Content Distribution Scheduling (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of information and materials for deal fulfillment and distribution
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for content delivery and resolve partner rejections
• Maintain oversight of priority program requests and ensure timely processing and delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in client services, account management, or digital distribution
• Knowledge of global broadcast standards and digital media platforms preferred
• Experience with Mediagenix, AirTable, and Excel
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a reliable home internet connection
• Understanding of file formats and distribution workflows is a plus
