Content Distribution Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

Acting as the main point of contact for assigned international and domestic partners, the full-time temporary Content Distribution Scheduling Specialist will manage the flow of information and materials related to content distribution, ensuring efficient communication and coordination among various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, delivery requirements, and post-delivery processes for content distribution
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely processing and delivery of content
• Maintain accurate records and communication with clients regarding technical requirements and project statuses

Required qualifications

• BA or BS in Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• 3-4 years of experience in client services, account management, or digital distribution
• Knowledge of global broadcast standards and digital media platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AirTable and SharePoint is a plus
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
