Content Editor

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Content Editor will edit and proofread digital content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and email best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review, edit, and proofread emails for grammar, style, and compliance with corporate standards
• Provide editorial feedback using Adobe Workfront and Google Workspace tools
• Collaborate with business and creative teams to update or develop new email marketing creatives

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital content editing, preferably in an agency setting
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong grasp of grammar and punctuation
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines
• Experience with Google Workspace and Adobe Workfront (or similar software)
• Working knowledge of AP Stylebook
