Job Summary
To support a growing content marketing team, the full-time Content Editor will ensure the quality and strategic alignment of client copy, manage editorial feedback, and optimize content for SEO while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the final approval on client copy, ensuring alignment with strategy, brand voice, and content goals
- Conduct quality assurance checks, fact-checking, and provide constructive feedback to writers for content improvement
- Manage and enhance the AI editing tool to maintain adherence to client style guides and optimize content effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in content editing, digital publishing, or content marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and experience optimizing digital content
- Exceptional attention to detail and command of AP style
- Experience editing PR-focused content such as press releases and media pitches
- Proficient in Google Workspace and project management systems
