Job Summary

To enhance visibility through AI-driven strategies, the full-time remote Content Editor will manage editorial tasks, build AI content workflows, and oversee freelance writers and agencies while ensuring high-quality content production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to enhance brand visibility across AI platforms
• Build and maintain AI-assisted content workflows, ensuring quality standards and timely updates to the content library
• Hire and manage freelance writers, agencies, and AI agents for content creation and updates, while providing coaching and feedback to improve their work

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools to build content workflows
• Working knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AIO
• Exceptional proofreading, editing, and writing skills with experience in B2B SaaS content
• Strong SEO fundamentals and familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
• Experience in hiring and managing freelancers, agencies, or AI agents
