Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable sales enablement content including pitch decks, one-pagers, and executive briefings
• Partner with Sales Enablement to develop training materials and certification programs
• Create executive-level storytelling assets that communicate clinical outcomes and business impact

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, content marketing, or product marketing
• B2B enterprise sales support experience, preferably in healthcare or HR technology
• Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills
• Sales enablement expertise including training development and content governance
• Analytical mindset to measure content performance and optimize assets
