Job Summary

The full-time remote Content Insertion Lead will oversee daily operational tasks and personnel, ensuring smooth functionality during streaming events while coordinating with other departments to troubleshoot issues.

Key responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining daily operation sheets and trackers
• Confirming operator setups and supervising events throughout their duration
• Coordinating with other departments for troubleshooting and managing unexpected issues

Required qualifications

• 4 years of experience in live streaming operations or a similar role
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight
• Basic computer proficiency, including word processors and spreadsheets
• Familiarity with major sports and the ability to adapt to new live event structures
• High School diploma or equivalent experience required
