Content Lead

Job Summary

Owning the clip-testing system, the full-time remote Content Lead will manage performance dashboards, make data-driven decisions on content, and coach team members to enhance the effectiveness of video clips aimed at engaging audiences with the gospel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily dashboard readings to determine which clips advance or require re-testing
• Establish and maintain performance standards, ensuring that metrics reflect true success
• Provide weekly written analyses of performance data for leadership, ensuring continuous improvement of the clip-testing process

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in managing a team or process with measurable outcomes
• Ability to interpret performance dashboards and make swift, informed decisions
• Understanding of short-form content to effectively guide editing and selection processes
• Fluency in ClickUp and experience maintaining a documented operational cadence
• Availability for daily overlap with Pacific Time
