Job Summary

To elevate Ashby's Talent Trends as a defining content pillar, the full-time Content Lead will manage the editorial vision, drive cross-functional collaboration, and represent the brand in various formats, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve and innovate the Talent Trends strategy, ensuring it becomes synonymous with talent data
• Act as the voice of Talent Trends, moderating panels and narrating findings across multiple platforms
• Lead collaboration across Data, Design, and Leadership, ensuring clarity and impact in all deliverables

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in content strategy and data-driven storytelling
• Strong background in cross-functional leadership and project management
• Ability to translate complex data insights into compelling narratives
• Experience in public speaking and engaging with audiences effectively
• Familiarity with SaaS products and a willingness to learn about Ashby's platform
