Content Localization Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content & Localization Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a large library of IVR audio prompts across multiple languages
• Coordinate localization efforts, including scheduling and delivery of audio files
• Perform quality assurance on localized content for accuracy and consistency

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in linguistics, localization, content management, or a related field
• Experience managing large volumes of content or media assets
• Experience working with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to attend calls across different time zones
• Fluency in one or more non-English languages is a plus
