Job Summary

To support high-volume content production, the remote Enterprise Content Management Consultant will create engaging social media content, manage workflows, and develop documentation while ensuring compliance and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content including posts, carousels, and Canva templates
• Manage production workflows, timelines, and compliance approvals for content publishing
• Develop content guides and maintain organized documentation of project status and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience creating content in the financial services space
• Expert-level experience with Canva, including template creation and digital design
• Familiarity with compliance processes in regulated industries
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva AI
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
