Content Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Management Specialist to bridge the gap between content vision, CMS capabilities, and frontend content presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with content leads to translate content goals into structured CMS features and identify functionality gaps
• Draft feature requirements for engineers and facilitate feedback loops between content teams and product/engineering
• Create internal documentation and train editors on new content tools and CMS functionality

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years in content production, content systems, digital strategy, or a related role
• Experience working with product, design, and/or engineering teams
• Proficiency in writing functional documentation or feature specs
• Familiarity with front-end content design, JSON, and HTML
• Experience with multimedia formats, interactive content, or mobile publishing
