Job Summary

Content Management Specialist, responsible for managing the lifecycle of player support content in a temporary, part-time role, ensuring clarity and accuracy in help articles and collaborating with various teams to enhance player experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of player support content, including creation, publication, and maintenance
  • Write and edit high-quality help articles, FAQs, and support documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content gaps and ensure timely updates to help resources
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in program management, digital content publishing, or writing/editing roles, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in content management or technical writing, preferably in a fast-paced consumer environment
  • Proven ability to manage a help center or support content platform
  • Familiarity with help center platforms or CMS tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
