Content Management System Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Management System (CMS) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish policy content using proprietary content management systems efficiently and accurately
• Apply AP and in-house style guidelines in authoring, editing, proofreading, and publication tasks
• Collaborate with team members to enhance content quality and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Library Science or a similar field
• Proficient in content management systems with experience in publishing and testing content
• Familiarity with AP style and basic knowledge of HTML preferred
• Experience with workflow management systems like Wrike or Trello is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience
