Job Summary

To support the creation of engaging educational content, the remote LX Content Manager will research, write, and maintain original course materials while utilizing AI-assisted workflows and collaborating with design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Research, write, and maintain educational course content across licensing verticals, adhering to templates and style guides
• Update existing courses to reflect regulatory changes and instructional standards while ensuring brand voice consistency
• Collaborate with designers to create multimedia content and support cross-functional content creation for the company website

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of writing and/or content management experience in an educational or regulated content environment
• Fluency with AI tools and a strong understanding of their application in content production
• Ability to learn and apply brand voice and style guidelines effectively
• Experience working within structured production systems while maintaining creativity
• Organized and self-directed, capable of managing multiple writing projects simultaneously
