Job Summary

As the founding Content Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will ship deeply researched guides, author pillar pages to establish authority in the voice AI infrastructure category, and develop opinionated thought leadership while collaborating closely with engineers and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ship deeply researched guides that support outbound and demand generation efforts
• Author pillar pages that enhance LiveKit's authority in the voice AI infrastructure space
• Develop thought leadership content that articulates a strong point of view in the voice AI industry

Required qualifications

• Experience in content marketing or related fields at a high-growth startup
• Background in a technical company with a developer or engineer audience
• A portfolio of writing that demonstrates an opinionated and specific style
• Ability to work closely with engineers to create substantive content
• Critical perspective on standard SaaS content strategies with innovative ideas for improvement
