Key Responsibilities:

• Scour the web for trending news stories and linkable content topics
• Generate creative ideas for content and pitch to journalists/bloggers
• Write effective web copy and pitch content to bloggers and press for SEO visibility and backlinks

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a writer at a digital publication or agency
• Experience writing for the web, including long- and short-form content
• Goal-oriented with strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently and form productive working relationships in a remote environment
• Proven ability to earn PR placements
