Content Merchandising Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance the customer experience, the hybrid or remote Content Merchandising Specialist will manage the quality and presentation of resort listings, ensuring engaging content that influences booking decisions and reflects the Vacatia brand.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and merchandise resort listings, ensuring accuracy and engagement in photography, descriptions, and amenities
• Take ownership of listing quality throughout its lifecycle, including onboarding new content and auditing existing listings
• Collaborate with internal teams and resort partners to continuously improve content presentation and customer experience

Required qualifications

• Relevant experience in content merchandising, digital content management, e-commerce, or a related field
• Recent graduates with strong internship or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
