Content Migration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Migration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and update existing documentation to align with new content standards, templates, and classification models
• Migrate content between systems, applying appropriate metadata and ensuring accurate structure and categorization
• Identify content gaps or ambiguities, collaborating with team members for resolutions

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced experience in content migration and working with CMS, preferably Contentful
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for content tracking and reporting
• Previous experience in technical writing or documentation is a plus
• Background working on large-scale or enterprise-level migration projects preferred
• Strong project management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
