Content Moderator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Moderator to join their Community Content team.

Key Responsibilities

• Address reports of abusive comments and remove content that violates community guidelines
• Screen comments from new users and monitor flagged comments for compliance
• Conduct daily audits of comment sections and manage user suspensions for violations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial, investment, and business terminology
• Strong understanding of content guidelines and ability to enforce them
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
