Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Moderator.

Key Responsibilities

• Review approximately 500 student posts per hour to ensure a safe and engaging community
• Identify nuanced student posts and interpret hidden messages or meanings
• Provide supportive responses and clear explanations of moderation decisions to students

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience in any industry
• Access to a computer/laptop with a reliable high-speed internet connection
• Strong proficiency with technology and ability to learn new processes quickly
• Availability to work four 8-hour shifts during the week and one 4-hour shift on weekends
• Evening availability on weekdays for training and meetings
